I am a Muscatine native and have been a Realtor for 25 years, in Muscatine and the surrounding area. In 2007 I went on to get my Broker's license. I have loved every minute of it...ok, almost every minute of it! I especially like working with "First Time Homebuyer's" because honestly there just is no better feeling than seeing the look on their face when they find the "Perfect Home."  I am with them every step of the way from finding their first home, helping them get the best price possible, overseeing home inspections, calming nerves, and answering questions. Finally the finale is accompanying them to the closing table to sign the final documents that make them new homeowners! I pride myself in taking great care of them so they feel enough trust to refer their family and friends to me in the future.

When the Seller hires me to come and list their house, I work just as hard for them to get the job done they hired me to do.......SELL their house for the HIGHEST price and in the SHORTEST amount of time possible.  I am also with them every step of the way, from meeting them to do a Comparative Market Analysys, giving them staging suggestions, finding qualified buyers, negotiating for them to get the highest and best price, working through inspections, and finally being there with them the day of closing.
